Successful merger of Learning Production and Core Competence
Core Competence GmbH is specialized on holistic solutions and best practice E-training for the entire value chain. The core business of Learning Production GmbH includes consulting and development of innovative and professional digital training solutions to empower knowledge. Together the companies pool their skills to realize challenges of entrepreneurial change – in the form of E-training courses with effective contents and didactic training methods, motivate participants at all levels, as a chance to see what’s new and to accept change and to apply these changes.
By bringing together these two E-learning and training specialists they push their strategic focus stronger, together under one roof they will exploit a higher growth and development potential. Also topics like knowledge management and training will be anchored deeper by building new structures in business-critical areas of the company’s customers.
Services of the merged Core Learning Production are aimed at medium-sized and large enterprises in the D-A-CH region.
Focuses on the issues of product and software training, service quality, process optimization, onboarding / integration of new employees and sales training, mainly within sectors of mechanical engineering, electrical and metal industry, engineering, technology and telecommunications in the focus as well as insurance, banking, retail and transport.
Guido Walter, former CEO of Learning Production GmbH, has taken over the management of the Core Learning Production. Christian Müller, longtime Senior Vice President of Core Competence GmbH, is responsible for the sales management. The company headquarters is Munich with offices in Heppenheim and Leipzig.
With the merger, experience and competence are combined to act even faster and more successfully on the market. “The merger is a logical further development of the successful cooperation of the two companies”, says Müller.
Since 2012, Core Competence and Learning Production develop together digital training solutions. The resulting synergy effects can now be used better to provide customers with motivating, engaging and above all effective training solutions with long-lasting effect. The company thus grows to 23 employees that push further development of the areas as mixed – and virtual reality to work-oriented knowledge transfer. At the same time, the market position as a consulting provider in the E-learning sector will be further expanded
